Epson 1430 on Ubuntu will not Print Envelopes Correctly

When I try to print a #10 Envelope, my Artisan 1430 omits the top two lines of the return address. There is plenty of room to print the lines, but they do not print. I have the 1.0.0-1lsb3.2 driver. That is the only driver that is full function for Linux. Does anyone have any idea how to make this work?
