How do You Change a Printer from Offline to Online?
I have a Ricoh ink-jet printer at home and I use it for all kinds of my paper work related to work. It is a wireless printer connected to my Windows computer and was working perfectly fine until I updated my computer Windows OS to Windows 10. Since the update, my Ricoh Printer always shows offline although my router is working perfectly at good speeds. I have tried all kinds of troubleshooting but nothing helped. Does anybody here knows how to bring my printer's offline status to online?
