Ricoh printer is a multi-functional, high-quality printer that has printers, scanners, and copiers. Basically, it is a network printer so you can connect your Ricoh printer with your wireless network.

First, you need to download the necessary Ricoh printer driver and install it on your computer, when you are going to use your printer via wireless network.
Step 1: Before installing the driver, first you need to ensure the availability of a CD ROM, if you are going to install the driver by using a CD, if you have downloaded the software, in that case USB drive should be there
Step 2: Now you need to press the power button on the Ricoh printer to turn on this.
Step 3: Now you need to connect your computer to the Wi-Fi network.
Step 4: Again press the power key on the printer for one or two seconds. If the power LED turns blue colour and Wi-Fi is enabled on the Ricoh printer.
Step 5: Now you need to insert the CD in CD Rom then you will get the installation menu page appear on the screen.
Step 6: Now you need to choose the Wi-Fi Configuration and Installation option.
Step 7: Now you need to connect your computer to the printer by using a USB Cable.
Step 8: Select the Wi-Fi Configuration and Installation menu option from the installation menu.
Step 9: Now you need to accept the license agreement that appears in front of you.
Step 10: Now you get the access point list.
Step 11: You need to select the access point and click next.
Step 12: Now you need to enter the password to connect the selected access point and click next.
Step 13: Now you need to select Printer from the list and click on Next.
Step 14: Now the installation starts, and you will get a setup completion message.
Step 15: Now you have successfully installed the printer driver on your computer and the Ricoh printer icon appears on your desktop.
Step 1: Ricoh printer support the soft AP function, which enables the printer to act as an access point or virtual router. You are able to connect your computer to the printer using the soft AP function.
Step 2: Select search WiFi in Wi-Fi setup.
Step 3: Now you need to select a manual setup access point manually like setting up SSID, encryption method and password, After assigning these settings, click the apply button to establish a connection.
Step 4: You need to select an access point from the drop-down list.
Step 5: Now you need to enter the password to connect the access point.
Step 6: Now you can use your printer wirelessly.
Step 7: Now you need to click on the Ricoh printer icon which is located on your desktop.
Step 8: Now you need to click on the settings button.
Step 9: Now click on Wi-Fi.
Step 10: If you Wi-Fi settings is disabled, you need to switch on your Wi-Fi button to enable this function.
Step 11: Now you will get an available access point list, where you need to select an access point from the list.
Step 12: Now you need to click on the access point that you want to use, select it and connect it.
