1) Check Paper Settings

When the settings don't sync with the paper that you inserted into the machine, then the problem starts appearing. This will lead to the printer not printing documents at all. Therefore, you must inspect the paper tray source settings and correct them. In case you are using an A-4 size sheet, then you must adjust the tray.

2) Go to the Control Panel and then Select the Epson Printer

Then, you must access the printing preferences. After that, go to the main window and then select the paper source. Now, you must select the size of the document. After you are done selecting the size of the document, select the paper type and quality. Then, fill the paper tray and then restart your printer.

3) Clean the Nozzle or Printheads

In case your Epson printer is not printing documents, then that might be happening because of the printhead or nozzle. The ink nozzle or printhead can get clogged. Therefore, you are required to clean the Epson printer printhead to enjoy printing.

  • Now, deselect the black or grayscale option.
  • Then, tap on the Ok button and your problem will be fixed.

5) Run the Ink Flush Settings

If you haven't been using your printer for long, the nozzle may get clogged. To resolve this issue, you must remove the ink. Below are the steps that you need to follow to run the ink flush settings.

Step 1: First of all, go to Settings.

Step 3: Then, select printing preferences.

Step 4: Go to the maintenance tab.

Step 5: After that, select the power ink flush.

Step 6: Now, select the OK button to fix your problem.

In case your Epson printer is not printing a specific color, then you must get that ink cartridge replaced from your Epson printer. There is a chance that the ink got dry or became incompatible. Therefore, you may face this problem. To fix this issue, you just need to replace the ink cartridge and then you will be able to use it again.

You may also experience this issue if you are using non-authentic ink cartridges. sometimes these cartridges have low-quality ink and as a result, your printer will have zero output.

7) Use Color Management Settings
