  • Keep the printhead back in the carriage for reseating it. Once you place the printhead back into the carriage, it seats in the carriage.
  • Seat the printhead properly inside the carriage.
  • Close the latch. Please make sure that the latch is properly closed.
  • Close the ink cartridge access door.
  • Power on your printer, if it does not get turned on automatically.
  • Wait for your printer device to become static and silent before you continue.
