Step 1: Check that the default credentials are lowercase.

Step 2: In case you find that the ID or password was changed, then you must enter the updated ID and password.

Step 3: In case the ID and password were changed and you aren't aware of it, then you must reset your network settings. This will bring your device back to default settings.
