I am unable to print pdf documents on both sides of paper using my Canon Laser printer MF3010. I can easily print on both sides of the printer when I print word file or excel file. I have also explored the through various online options such as checking the printer settings, going to Registry Editor and I came to know there problem lies with Adobe Reader. Is there anyone who can troubleshoot this problem?

Follow this Way to Print Both Sides of Paper on Canon Printer MF3010

Step 1: By using Canon printer duplex printing, you can print both sides of the paper. From the print dialog of application software, you have to choose Properties first. If you don’t know how to display Print dialog then you check the manual that came with your Canon printer.

Step 2: Now you will see Printing Preference window of Canon printer on your desktop.

Step 3: Tap on Page Setup and then check duplex printing.

Step 4: Before proceeding duplex printing, confirm that you have checked the option labeled as “Automatic”. If you want to perform duplex printing manually then you have to deselect the “Automatic” option.

Step 5: In the next step, you have to setup the Print Area as per your requirement.

    • First tap on Print Area Setup. By doing this, the Print Area Setup window will display on the screen.
    • Then select the option “use normal size printing” or “use reduced printing”.
    • Use Normal size printing – Although this option is set as default and you can choose this particular one when printing is performed without reducing the size of the document.
    • Use Reduced size printing – When you want to reduce the size of the document then choose this option to perform automatic duplex printing with a few margins.

Once you made these settings, click on the OK button. Now the settings of Canon mf3010 printer duplex printing are completed.

Canon mf3010 Double Sided Printing:

If you are able to print other file formats on both sides using the Canon mf3010 duplex printing option then printing PDF file should not be an issue. If the problem is there then chances are the Adobe file software needs an update. I will discuss a few troubleshooting techniques to resolve the problem of canon mf3010 double sided printing.

Kindly Follow the Given Instructions Carefully to Fix Canon mf3010 Both Side Printing:

So when you give the print command and a layout box appears, choose Canon double sided printing option from there. Print the page and check if the option is working.

2. Update Acrobat Reader Software: If you are able to print other file formats without any problem and only the PDF documents possess an issue then chances are your Arocabat reader is outdated.

Go to the Acrobat official website and see if any updated format of the same software is available. Download it and then install it on your computer.

3. Update Drivers for Your Printer: There are chances that your manufacturer might have updated the option for dual side printing on PDF. So head over to your vendor's official website, search your device via model number,

Now go to its respective download section and look for any updated firmware or driver available. Download it and then install it to see if the issue has been resolved.

4. Reconfigure Your Router: If any of the above-mentioned steps did not resolve the issue, then chances are your printer machine might be facing some internal software snag.
