The WPS PIN is required to connect your HP Officejet Pro 8020 printer to another device. There are two types of WPS connection available, which can be established via the WPS pin and WPS button.
If you want to establish a connection with the help of a WPS pin, then you have to first Access the control panel of your HP printer and select the option "wireless," go to the settings page, click on the WPS option, which is wifi protected setup, then carry on with the on-screen commands, you need to have access to the configuration page, now the setup process is done you have to launch the HP printer, open the printer software and setup.

Step 6: After scrolling in the "Wireless Setting", you will see a "Wifi Protected Setup".
Step 7: Once you tap on the "Wifi Protected Setup", the pop-up message will appear. Where you need to choose the option "Yes".
Step 8: After tapping on the "Yes", there are two options will appear on the screen which is a "Push Button" and "PIN".
Step 9: In this step, you have to press the "PIN" After pressing the "PIN" a pop-up will appear, and then you need to tap on the "Start".
The WPS PIN (Wi-Fi Protected Setup Personal Identification Number) in the HP Officejet Pro 8020 printer is an 8-digit code used to securely connect the printer to a wireless network. It is generated by the printer and required when setting up a wireless connection using the WPS PIN method.
